Youtube clip (not mine, unfortunately) shows the massive Branchinecta ferox in the wild. The uploader says it was taken in 2011 in the Jordan area and amazingly inside stone the Romans carved out 1,800 years ago to use as wine presses! Proof that looking inside rain-flooded holes is always a good idea. Branchinecta ferox is one of only 3 predatory fairy shrimp in the world and is considered the Eurasian counterpart to Branchinecta gigas (America's Giant Fairy Shrimp). www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftBNnrteoP8
